Refund Policy

Due to the extremely limited space available to fully attend to a new mama's care, a non-refundable 35% deposit is due with completed intake form for all postpartum care services to reserve your place on my schedule. For payment plan options, the final payment shall be due by the client's due date.  All care packages must be used within the first 8 weeks postpartum and are non-transferrable. There will be no refunds given for services already rendered.

All sales for courses, classes, trainings, and PDF downloads are final. Exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not available.

All other service appointments require prepayment at the time of booking. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available, but appointments may be rescheduled.

Rescheduling:
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

After Services Are Performed:
Refunds are not available after a service has been performed, whether in person or remotely.
