In Ayurveda it is said that how a mother is cared for in the first 42 days following birth creates the next 42 years of her life. Not only that, those early days also build a foundation for the health of her baby and her relationship with her partner. This package includes 72 hours of specialized care for the first 42 days following your birth. It is a full container to make sure you feel healed, nourished, and fully integrated in body and spirit. These practices emphasize the postpartum period as a sacred, slow process. What you receive: -1 in home visit during pregnancy to go over practical details with family and support person(s) -Tentative framework of scheduling all ceremonies and rituals -Ayurvedic assessment to determine your individualized care -72 total hours of in-home service (4hours/day, 3 consecutive days each week), plus behind the scenes work on individual protocols, herbs, oil, and flower essence preparation -Personal contact information for continued support and questions that might arise - Integration ceremony including abhyanga, sacred herbal bath or foot soak, a birthing day cake, and belly wrapping -Warm, nourishing, freshly prepared meals, snacks and drinks specialized to your unique needs -Herbal bath or foot soak preparation during visits if desired -Infant care while you bathe or nap -Self and baby massage instruction - One full session each of Ayurvedic bodywork and marma therapy -Infant herbal bath and Ayurvedic “soap” instruction and recipes -Recipes and Ayurvedic meal preparation instruction for caregivers -Herbal gift basket including specialized herbal massage oil (1 gal), panchakola ghee, teas, tinctures, flower essences, hot water bag, herbal preparations Bonuses: - Discount on vitamins, supplements - Postpartum yoga flow to start after your sacred window - Consultation when baby is ready to start solids - Ayurvedic or nutrition consultation for Mama within the first year of birth Extra services available: - Farm fresh produce (seasonal) - Personal grocery shopping - Personal sourcing for supplies/herbs - Azure Standard order pick-up in Whately + I can only book one client a month in order to fully attend to her needs.
