Hourly services for those with a smaller budget or those who have strong support lined up.
Service Description
I'm currently offering hourly support for those who want to receive services but may have a smaller budget or those who already have a strong support system lined up and would like some education around Ayurvedic Postpartum Care. This hourly rate does not include herbal preparations, oil, consultations, bodywork, recipes, or any of the other extras that my packages contain. Some of these may be added on for an additional fee. Visits would be a minimum of three to four hours each and may involve cooking, meal prep, Ayurvedic abhyanga and cooking demonstration, emotional support for mama, newborn care so that mama may eat, shower, rest, etc., and light housework. Hourly rate is at a sliding scale of $40-65 per hour.
