Service Description
A customized therapeutic flow to meet you where you are at. Classes are catered to your imbalances or season in life: fertility preparation, pregnancy, and postpartum (after 6 weeks). This price includes an intake session where we will go over your current and past health history, any pain or discomfort you are experiencing, and your goals for your sessions. After we have your initial consultation, we will have another session where I will present you with an individualized flow and recommended exercises for your unique needs. Follow up sessions and packages can be purchased as needed to achieve your goals. These sessions can take place in your home or virtually. Ideally the initial session will be held in person so I can fully palpate and assess your body including range of motion in the joints and muscular tension.
